Albha & Caoimhe really enjoy their music lessons each week and come out of each lesson buzzing from positive feedback and enthused for the week of practice ahead.
My two children and I have been attending many classes at the Cassidy Academy of Music since its birth 5 years ago and our love for music and performance keeps growing. The reason for this is Heather Cassidy and her handpicked team. They are professionals that feel like family.
Rebecca has been doing violin lessons for a year and a half & loves the lessons and especially her teacher. She is making great progress and her little sister will also be starting lessons soon. We love the Cassidy Academy and Heather & the staff’s enthusiasm and energy.
Our daughter 4 years old says that Tuesday is her favourite day because she gets to learn her violin. Heather has that special gift to communicate with children at their own level, and make learning fun.
Excellent music education in a fun and encouraging style. Our little girl started when she was 6 months old and the school had only opened and now she is getting violin lessons and loving it. Thanks to all her teachers so far Heather Elaine and Anna.
My children have been attending the Academy for the past 5 years. We have found our experience always professional and enjoyable and made learning the piano fun.
Kate and Tom have been learning piano with Amy for over a year and really enjoy their lessons. I have always found the Academy to be professional and very friendly.
A fabulous music school with wonderful teachers who have a genuine interest in your child’s musical development. My children have made superb progress with thanks to the tremendous encouragement and enthusiasm of their teachers Heather Elaine and Suzanne.

“I attend the Academy weekly for a guitar lesson and have done so for three years. At the end of a long working day it is so great to unwind and switch off and concentrate on the music & the instrument. It’s something I look forward to, for me on a weekly basis.”
“I retired four years ago and was looking for something to fill my new found free time. I had learned the piano when I was younger and thought I would re visit it. I signed up for lessons and have never looked back. I have built up a great relationship with my teacher and enjoy the focus of preparing for exams and concerts. I love practising at home when I have the time and the challenge each new piece brings.”
“Last year I decided to sign up for singing lessons as it had always been something I wanted to do. I am now attending weekly lessons and loving them. I joined the adult choir too and love this social & musical part of my week. The Academy is a great asset to the community of Sandyford.”
Heather has fostered a love of music in our children that means they practise by choice and play music for enjoyment.
